Our Story
It Started with a Realization.
TK Beef began with a simple realization. While studying Animal Science at Colorado State University, I saw firsthand how disconnected the average consumer has become from the food on their plate. As I learned more about modern meat production through our meat science courses, I knew it wasn't how I wanted our own food to be raised or processed. So, my husband and I decided to do it ourselves.
What started as raising beef for our own family quickly grew into something much bigger. Friends, neighbors, and members of our community began asking if they could purchase beef from us too. We started by offering quarter, half, and whole beef orders, and as demand continued to grow, we opened our storefront on November 1, 2025.
Today, we're proud to offer both individual cuts and bulk beef options, while also providing shelf space for other local small businesses that share our passion for clean, high quality products.
