Each bulk order includes a well-rounded variety of cuts — from premium steaks and roasts to ground beef and ribs. Exact quantities may vary, but every order is designed to give you a practical mix you'll actually use.

We offer full customization on all half and whole beef portions at no additional cost. When you're ready, we'll walk you through your cut sheet step by step. This will allow you to change the cuts, thickness, packaging, as well as any add-ons you'd like to incorporate such as sausage or jerky. Our goal is to make sure your order fits your family's cooking style and needs, without making the process feel overwhelming.

How It Works

Simple from Start to Freezer.

Once you place your order, your portion is reserved and scheduled for the processing date and we will collect the deposit. The deposit for a half is $600 and the deposit for a whole is $1,200 — these will be applied to your overall total. When your order is ready, we will give you a call with the final weight and coordinate a pickup date and time.

For halves and wholes, we'll walk you through your cut sheet together — cuts, thickness, packaging, and any add-ons like sausage or jerky.

Processing & Aging

Your beef is dry aged for approximately 14 days, then cut, vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen at a USDA inspected facility.

Pick Up Your Order

We'll call you with the final weight and total, then coordinate a pickup date and time that works for you.

Timeline

What to Expect.

From the time your animal is delivered for processing, most custom orders take about four to six weeks to complete. During this time, the beef is dry aged for approximately 14 days to enhance tenderness and flavor. After aging, it typically takes another one to two weeks for cutting, vacuum sealing, labeling, and freezing.
